1. Agreement to Terms
When you hire Prime Tiling for tile work, you agree to these terms. They cover all our services in Toronto and the GTA.
2. Services
We install tile in bathrooms, floors, kitchens, fireplaces, outdoors, and more. We also do large slab work, marble, and mosaics. All work starts with a written estimate or contract.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are always free. Pricing depends on project size, materials, and site conditions. We confirm final pricing in writing before starting. Extra charges may apply if we find unexpected issues during the work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment details are in your project agreement. A deposit may be needed before we begin. The final payment is due when the work is done to your satisfaction.
5. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Warranty details are in your project agreement. The warranty covers installation defects but not damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear.
6. Client Responsibilities
Please give us clear access to the work area. If you’re supplying your own materials, have them ready on time. Let us know right away if you have any concerns during the project.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work we performed. We are not responsible for indirect or unrelated damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Ontario courts.
